11. Jhiṅgạ; Hako so̠ṇ̇ge jhiṅgạ utu do̠ ạḍi tet́ ạḍi sebela. Jhiṅgạ reaḱ roṅ do̠ hạriạṛgea ar 20-30 senṭimiṭar jeleń. Ạḍi tho̠ṛa kelori sạbji kana. Menkhan no̠a sạbji re menaḱa vitamin selet́ phaibar. Jhiṅgạ do̠ ńamo̠ḱa March cando khon O̠ctober cando hạbić.

12. Rampoṭol: Daka jo̠m lạgit́ ạḍi alga gea utu lạgit́ do̠. Entet́ rampoṭol do̠ nunạḱ leńjera je, daka so̠ṅge sipi mesal kate mo̠ca re bo̠lo̠ lekhange aćte bhitri seć calaḱa.

Beṅgaṛ jo̠ hõ eṭaḱ sạbji lekage go̠ṭa serma do̠ ńamo̠ḱ kana.

14. Ho̠to̠t́; Reaṛ din do̠ ạḍi tet́ ạḍi ãṭge ho̠to̠t́ do̠ jo̠ḱa. No̠a re do̠ itil ạḍi tho̠ṛa menaḱa, menkhan vitamin do̠ ạḍi aema. No̠a reaḱ roṅ hõ hạriạṛ gea ar jo̠ do̠ 800-1500 gm. 25 -35 senṭimiṭar jeleń ar 20-30 senṭimiṭar osara.

Hotot́ hõ aema lekate utuḱa ar aema lekan uture mesaloḱa. Hotot́ reaḱ nạṛi sakam hõ ạḍi sebela. Eṭaḱ sạbji lekage hotot́ hõ haṭiạ bajarre ńamo̠ḱa April cando khon January cando hạbić.
